It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Catherine May Byer (née Murray), who passed away on November 13, 2021, at the age of 79. Loving wife of Glyne Anthony Byer. Beloved mother of Chad Byer (Marnie Berg). Adored grandmother to Chase, Maxx and Jakob. Cherished sister of Linda Power, Donalyn Fox, Thomas Pugh, Darren Pugh, Shawn Pugh and Sandra Vincent. Predeceased by her parents Victor and Margaret Isabelle (née Hillridge) Murray. She is also predeceased by her siblings James Pugh and Reed Pugh. Catherine will be dearly missed by several family members and friends. Donations would be appreciated to the Canadian Cancer Society.
