Dear Randy and the Williams family,
Today I was shocked and deeply saddened to learn of the passing of dear Bonita. I had no idea of this tragic news. I worked with Bonita at Global Affairs Canada during the lead up to the Vancouver Olympics. I was always deeply impressed by her intellect, beauty and creative ideas. She was such a communicator and I can't believe she is gone. I last saw her at a music/art party she hosted at her home for Matt Leblanc. That evening I surprised myself and came home with a beautiful painting that I bought on the spot that night! I will always remember her beautiful smile and how she hosted one of the best and most elegant parties I have ever been to. I am glad to have known and worked alongside Bonita. I am just so sorry I had no idea she was ill. Please accept my deepest condolences on your loss. The world is indeed a lesser place without beautiful, elegant and intelligent Bonita.
