Dear Bissell family,
My sincerest condolences on the passing of Catherine Holt.
I am very sorry and sad to hear the news of her passing. I am certain she lived a long & beautiful life, but selfishly I am sad and upset because I didn't get the chance to meet her (during my adult life). I was very much looking forward to our planned meeting in July 2015.
My Mother has shared many stories with me from when I was a baby and how much she loved me/ and loved holding me.
I have a wonderful possession of hers… My Mom presented me with the wedding ring that my Father gave her when I was 16 years old. This ring belonged to my great-grandmother, Catherine Holt. This ring is something I've held dear to me for many years now. I wish I could have got to tell her that I have this ring, and that I am honoured to wear it and keep it as I knew it was hers and has quite a history in the Bissell family.
You are all in my thoughts & prayers. I am certain she will be with us in spirit during our holiday together in July.
